Tim Baltes is a seasoned trainer and human resource professional with experience in the manufacturing, healthcare and gaming industries.  He has over 10 years experience in performance management, strategic planning, employee relations, and employee development skills training.    Tim’s programs are trademarked by his enthusiastic and interactive style which maximizes participant learning retention.   Tim’s sessions assist participants to establish useable action plans to sharpen communication skills, improve individual and team relationships and build positive attitudes to create top-performing organizations. 

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wright State University and a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.  He is a member of the Springfield Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA), an alum of Leadership Springfield, and currently serves on the Education & Workforce Solutions Committee for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
