Sam Hinkle is an established trainer and consultant with more than 26 years of management and supervisory experience. Currently a corporate trainer for Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. his experience also encompasses the United States Air Force and the United States Civil Service.

During his military career, he worked as a member of an eight person team to develop, implement and facilitate the current United States Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development program. This course is responsible for training all Air Force Reserve Command, Non-Commissioned officers in Leadership and Management theory. In addition, Sam has trained over 8,000 U.S. and Foreign technicians covering a multitude of subjects including: Leadership Development, Team Building, Counseling, Process Identification, Supervision, Safety, OSHA Standards and Requirements, Hazardous Material Management/Transportation, Computer, and Personal and Organization Security. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Far and Middle East providing training to military and civilian personnel, Sam has twice earned "Instructor of the Year" awards for both Air Training Command Field and Technical Training.
