Larry has over ten years experience in results-oriented management coupled with 18 years in training, human resources and organizational development.  His leadership and management expertise includes working in both profit and not-for-profit organizations and he has designed multiple management and total quality programs resulting in cost reduction and performance improvement successes across several disciplines.  Larry has a Masters and Bachelor degree from Fort Hays Kansas State University and holds the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
