Supervision

     Supervisors are often promoted into that role because they are skilled in their work, but not experienced in managing people. Learning on the job is tough on new supervisors and on the people they supervise. The Supervision Certificate Program can help experienced or new supervisors obtain results by motivating people, solving problems, and keeping worker performance and work quality at high levels This program is endorsed by the Springfield Area Human Resource Association.
