Julie Cummings, SPHR

Julie has served as a Human Resources Manager for over 11 years in several industries including manufacturing, distribution and financial services. She has been intimately involved with and assisted company efforts during several mergers and acquisitions to ensure effective communication, thorough application and achievement of company strategic initiatives. She has provided company wide training on a variety of topics to help managers and employees excel in their individual and team performance.

She received a BS in Management with a Minor in Marketing as well as an MBA from Missouri State University. She received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in 1996 and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 1998. She is a board member of the Springfield Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA) and serves as their Communications Chair. She is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Zenger Miller.

Julie currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources Director for Metropolitan National Bank.
