Kaizen Facilitator - Applied Integration of Lean and Six Sigma

In one accelerated week this course provides an integration of six sigma green and black belt elements along with lean techniques. The Deming cycle of "Studying the Process, Determine Corrective Actions, Plan the Improvement Implementation, and Implement the Improvements and Ongoing Process Controls" is applied in a class project.

At the end of the week participants will have applied what they have learned during the course to dramatically improve a simulated supply chain.

To become a certified "Lean and Six Sigma Kaizen Facilitator" participants have to complete the course, complete one Kaizen and provide documentation in the provided, required format.
