Rapid and continuous change is a reality in our work and personal lives. There are specific strategies and tools to help us better manage the dynamics of change and keep productivity at high levels. This seminar will teach you how to cultivate the 3 C's - commitment, competence and credibility and implement the "CPR" model for addressing what matters during transition stages. Obtain strategies to understand, accept and communicate change throughout your department or organization and how "instant alignment" is a tool, not a cop-out.

Many companies have discovered that although they have moved the desks, they haven’t moved the hearts of the employees who work there.  When this happens, resistance and lack of productivity among the workforce frustrate management.  This seminar provides strategies, skills and tools that will help managers through the wilderness of change.
