It is important for leaders to know how to effectively develop others. Success depends on your ability to first, determine if your worker is ready to take on that responsibility, second what level of skill they currently own, and third what specifically they need from you to be successful. This course is based on the three Situational Leadership® steps that enable people to take responsibility and initiative. To be effective, leaders need to adapt their styles to fit a broad range of individual and team situations. In this one day session you will learn how you can do it effectively.

LEAD Instrument Assessment

  • Are you telling too much? Learn to identify when telling can backfire.

  • Do you have one style you over use, under use, this assessment will give you the answer.
