Who should use custom training

Our customers include organizations from manufacturing, health care, service industries, non-profits and government. We have worked with companies with less than 30 employees to more than 1,000. What they all have in common is a need to have supervisors, managers and leaders who can apply cutting-edge business practices in an ever-changing environment.

How it works

We will do a consultation with you to determine which direction you want your training to go. All public enrollment topics can be delivered to your organization. If you need to tackle a more specific challenge or set of challenges, we will work with you to determine the scope and solution. Customized training becomes more cost effective with eight or more participants.

MDI’s customized training plan for your organization is developed utilizing the following 5 steps:

  1. Needs Analysis:  We work directly with you to define the specific areas of need.
  2. Training Objectives:  We develop the objectives specific to improving performance.
  3. Training Design:  Training is designed to accomplish objectives and involve your employees in the learning process.
  4. Implementation:  Immediately transferable to the work environment.
  5. Evaluation:  We evaluate on 3 levels:
