Sam Hinkle is an established trainer, facilitator, and consultant with over 30 years of management, supervisory, and leadership experience. He has provided customized live instruction and training development to multi levels of supervision from first-line supervisors to senior corporate executives. A few of his past clients include: General Motors, Ford, Boeing, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Humana Health Care, Motorola, Dell, North Star Battery and Mueller Steel.
He has held numerous positions within the United States Air Force and Civil Service, as well as training positions for both International Governments and Private Corporations. Sam’s training certifications come from the University of Colorado – Denver and the University of Maryland where he received his Master Vocational Teaching Certificate and Master Instructor of Technology Certificate. One of Sam’s more prestigious awards came in 2000 when he received the United States Air Force Chief of Staff Team Excellence Award (CSTEA). The CSTEA is the United States Air Force equivalent of the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
Sam’s extensive training knowledge, leadership and management experience coupled with his down to earth persona provide a learning experience that is open, friendly, lively and refreshing. One thing that makes Sam’s teaching style unique and sought after is he is ability to take corporate subject matter and present it in an interesting way that makes sense to the student. This enables the student to constructively apply that new knowledge to their workplace and business.
He is currently employed as a corporate trainer with a Fortune 500 Banking Software Corporation.
