Today’s managers do more than simply supervise team members. The Management Development Institute’s Management Certificate program provides the cross-training managers need to supervise, resolve conflict, manage projects, budget, and more.

Management Certificate requirements

To complete the Management Certificate, participants must attend the core required course, The Effective Leader, along with elective MDI courses for a total of 60 hours. The Effective Leader does not have to be taken first.

One-day courses are six hours and half-day courses are four hours. Participants can choose the electives most relevant to them.

Upon completion of the 60 hour requirement, participants will be presented with a Management Certificate granted by MDI and Missouri State University.
