The most important asset of any organization is the knowledge, skills and abilities of its workforce. MDI works with you to develop your employees in a cost effective way by offering custom training programs.
What do we offer?
Each organizational culture is unique, but all organizations have similar challenges, including how to bring out the best in each of their employees.
Imagine a clearinghouse for management innovation . . . A venue that provides new business ideas and practices, to develop answers to your challenges . . . even during periods of rapid change and unpredictability.
MDI has created a menu of seminars and programs that add or upgrade skill sets, promote operational excellence, or develop leadership talent.
MDI can work with your organization whether you need one course or a comprehensive certificate program that meets your specific employee development goals and objectives.
Who should use our custom training?
Our customers include organizations from manufacturing, health care, service industries, non-profits and government. We have worked with companies with less than 30 employees to more than 1,000. What they all have in common is a need to have supervisors, managers and leaders who can apply cutting-edge business practices in an ever-changing environment.
How does it work?
We will do a consultation with you to determine which direction you want your training to go. All public enrollment topics can be delivered to your organization. If you need to tackle a more specific challenge or set of challenges, we will work with you to determine the scope and solution. Customized training becomes more cost effective with eight or more participants.
MDI’s customized training plan for your organization is developed utilizing the following 5 steps:
- Needs analysis
We work directly with you to define the specific areas of need.
- Training objectives
We develop the objectives specific to improving performance.
- Training design
